We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, but if it doesn’t meet your needs we offer you a 14 day return period starting from the day you receive your order.

To start a return, you must contact us at support@duelati.com within 14 days of receiving your order with your order number, the item you wish to return, the reason for the return, and proof of purchase, such as a receipt or invoice.

The returncosts are the responsibility of the customer and we only accept returns of unworn items due to hygiene precautions. The items must be in their original condition with all tags and labels attached. 

The return shipping costs and responsibility for the shipment are entirely the customer's. Once we receive your return, we will carefully inspect the item and If it meets our return conditions, we will process your refund to your bank account within 14 days.

If you receive a defective item without damaged packing, please contact us immediately at support@duelati.com, and we will replace the product at no additional cost. It is important that you report any defects on the same day you receive your order.

1. Plating Warranty (4 months)

We offer a 4-month warranty on the plating of our jewelry with normal use. "Normal use" means the jewelry is not exposed to harmful elements such as water, chlorine, perfumes, lotions, cosmetics, or other chemicals. Failure to follow these guidelines will void the plating warranty.

2. Manufacturing Defects Warranty (6 months)

Our jewelry is carefully crafted and thoroughly inspected. However, in the event of a manufacturing defect, we provide a 6-month warranty from the date of purchase. 

Our warranty covers repairs or replacement of defective products. If an item is eligible under warranty, we will either repair the product or provide a replacement.If neither option are possible, we will provide a store credit voucher to use in our shop.

3. Non-Allergic Material

Our jewelry is made from stainless steel, which is hypoallergenic and safe for most wearers. We are not responsible for any allergic reactions or health issues that may arise from wearing our jewelry. It is the customer's responsibility to review the materials used before making a purchase.

If your claim qualifies, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label.

• Warranty Exclusions: Improper use, disassembly, or repairs by unauthorized persons or parties voids the warranty, even if previously approved via email.
• Out of Warranty Repairs: If your jewelry is damaged outside the warranty period, repairs or replacements will incur a fee. For more information about repair costs and requests, please contact one of our Customer Care Specialists at support@duelati.com.
